A study of the column silhouette

A column silhouette is a silhouette not frequently explored in the studio. This season, the challenge was to reconstruct the pencil skirt in a different way. Taking learning from the gored skirt, the pencil skirt is constructed from panels.

Details such as a “dog ear” pocket flap, elongated belt loops and shifted vent, gives this classic a twist.
