Shipping Policy & Taxes

We provide free door-to-door delivery within Singapore. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday). However, deliveries may sometimes take longer during festive seasons. We will send you an email notification should this occur.

All orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Please note that our shipping rates do not include any duty or taxes that may be incurred. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.

Estimated shipping times are as follows. Shipping time does not include the day(s) prior to dispatch:

Singapore                                                                1 - 3 business days

Asia Pacific                                                             3 - 7 business days

North America/ U.K. & Europe/ Middle East          7 - 14 business days


We take pride in our products and they go through strict multiple checks before it is shipped to you. In the case should you receive a defective item(s), we aim to replace the item(s) where possible, subject to the item's availability. To be eligible for exchange and/or return, merchandise must be unworn and unused. All original tags attached and original packaging must accompany the item(s). 

Sale merchandise are excluded for exchanges and returns.  

In the case that you should receive a defective product and would like to exchange and/or return it, please fill out the return/exchange form below within 3 days upon receiving the product.

Customer is responsible for their own return shipping methods. We encourage you to ship with a reliable forwarding company. MAX.TAN is not responsible for packages that are lost or otherwise not received. 

Upon receiving the defective merchandise, we will acknowledge the return/exchange receipt via an email. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable. Please allow us 7 working days from date of acknowledgement receipt to process the return/exchange. The balance will be refunded to you within  3 working days. Do note the additional shipping charges applicable when exchanging an item.
